"Is Usher on Drugs and Alcohol?"

Sounds like Usher has taken on way more than he can handle!  The pressures of his world tour is taken it's toll.  Usher didn't finish his performance and topped it off  with a "boo-boo."  As the five-star artist struggled to sing his own song, the fans became restless of his foolishness and begin boo-ing him!  (Not a good look at all)
